Sonee Hardware - The Best Hardware Store

I bought an off-white paint from the Janavaree Magu shop last night around 9:50. However I opened it, the color was ivory white. I went back to the shop today, but the cashier was not very supportive. She attended to me only after attending all the customers. After checking with her manager, she said they couldn’t exchange it since it had been opened. But how am I supposed to check the color without opening it? The label on the can clearly says 'off-white,' so this seems to be a manufacturing issue. I wouldn't mind if they had handled it professionally, but instead, they tried to argue

Met with the rudest staff tonight. Older Maldivian with grey hair, who was not only rude to me and other staff in the shop, but blatantly disregarded any questions we asked. Was obvious he just did not want to attend customers or even look for the item we were requesting. Much rather go to Veligaa where the staff are so much more helpful.

Online Shop Sonee Hardware delivery service is very bad. After two days passed, the delivery staff missed the delivery time and did not respond anymore after, I am a disappointed customer.
