By accessing or using Wholesale Maldives ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wholesale Maldives is a B2B marketplace that connects wholesale suppliers with buyers in the Republic of Maldives. We provide a platform for listing products, requesting quotes, and facilitating business communications.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

For Suppliers

  • Maintain valid business licenses and registrations
  • Provide accurate product information and pricing
  • Fulfill orders as agreed with buyers
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner

For Buyers

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Honor purchase commitments made through the platform
  • Make timely payments as agreed with suppliers

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions
  • Listing illegal or prohibited products
  • Harassing other users
  • Attempting to circumvent platform fees
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Transactions

Wholesale Maldives facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to transactions between users. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for negotiating and fulfilling their own agreements.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wholesale Maldives provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through our internal dispute resolution process before pursuing legal action.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
