Redwave Mall

This is the place where most of the people are seen shopping groceries and other things too but to my utter surprise they didn't have change to return today. I took things that i needed and didn't have change with me, the total cost was 40 rufiya and i gave 500 rufiya but the lady at the counter told she didn't have change to return and also said to keep back the things that I had taken to the cash counter. She was busy with her phone watching some kind of videos which is not my concern but this big shopping place couldn't provide change for 500 was what bothered me. The very minute i hopped to Imp (smaller place than redwave) where the guy returned the change without hesitation. So just think about it redwave. The audacity of the lady to talk to the customer was nect level.

Way too many things to choose from 😂 the availability of almost everything is one of the reason I’d shop here and I find this place very reliable personally. Well priced everything from different types of stuff can be found here and not to mentions the cutomer service is good too. I’ve had only good experiences shopping here

Very horrible experience with Red wave. I bought 1 Nikai hair clipper and after 3 months stopped working. Must have used only 5 times. When I go to Red Wave with purchase receipt the Manager said there is no warranty and told to keep and will be checked by his staff. After I got call it cannot be repaired. I requested to change with his supplier but got negative answer...More than that the booklet where it is mentioned warranty also disappeared...Lucky I still have the purchase receipt...Thanks for the bad customer service.
