When the Dr. is attending to your pet, other staff enter the consultation room and midst of the consultation, a staff not in attendance to us, took our kittens from the carrier bag for a Pet Show in the back area. Some of the meds which were provided are not meant for animals but rather humans and given in a jar with a label printed. The lack of Empathy or Acknowledgement towards concerns we raised by the Reception Staff proves that they have ZERO interest or passion about their JOB. The worst vet clinic and vet employees from India and Sri Lanka. They are inexperienced . The staff always change. The owners are corrupt. The manager is not empathetic towards pet parents and their complains and never seen around.They have no hygiene protocols. If you bring cat , they get excited and take them around touching without gloves and kissing. A few staff who are not involved with my appointment with the doctor just comes in the room and touch the cat without PERMISSION take them to the back and show them around. Touching and kissing. You cant kiss peoples cat in a clinic. This is not the reason we are going there. Its DISGUSTING!!! They make their own medication. These are not FDA approved cat medications given. Its illegal. Apparently we found out they mix human medication and prescribing it to the cats. Once the doctor said by himself “we make our own medication”. These medications are not made for cats. It is sad oases being the only legal clinic in Malè doing such corruption. If people’s cat dies or suffers because of Oases. Now you know why. Its their unprofessionalism and making of their own medication. The shampoo given by them which i googled is for human scalp. The vitamin they gave “gromin” again also for humans. Also i checked from a another veterinarian that you cant give human products to cats. Of course you cant! Cats bodies are different. Please double check before you give medication prescribed from Oases.
