Muni Homecare

Bought a set of 6 chairs from Muni Homecare in November. The chairs were of so poor quality that the chairs were giving off since 2 months of usage. In May 2 of the chairs actually broke down. We actually opened up the chairs to see what's could be the possible issue and found the welding work was done in a poor way and the wood which was used for the bottom was a used withered ones. The pictures are attached. Since we were a bit held up last couple of months we actually didn't get time to contact Muni Homecare. We messaged them 2 days back and they told to send pictures and we send them. They told they will do the possible thing to be done in our favour by doing the repair work or replacement. They visited our house and saw the condition of the chairs and understood nothing can be done to those and now they said they can't do anything since we opened up the chairs. My question is we opened up 2 chairs what about the other 4 chairs which are also in the same condition. We bought the chairs for more than 1000Rf/chair and this is not the response we expect from them. And selling chairs of premium quality should last more than an year atleast.

Did decorative painting for Ramadan this year recently. Job was done nicely. Price was cheaper than most services providers. Also they do not charge for paint application. Communication and coustomer services was excellent. They finished the job on the timeline I gave , even though they had other places to ettend and had limited time they were kind enough to spare some time to make it happen.

I would like to give a zero star for their Poor customer service, online transaction with collection issues from godown keeps pending without even the preparation of the purchased item for days. This is quite disappointing. Have some respect to your customers as well.
