I am writing to express/provide feedback on my recent experiences at your bookshop in Phase 2. While the store is one of the few available in this area, particularly with a significant school-going population, I have encountered several challenges that greatly affect the customer experience. 1. Store Layout: The current layout is difficult to navigate given the size of the store. This makes shopping inconvenient and time-consuming. 2. Staffing Issues:The store appears to be understaffed, which impacts the ability to cater to the high volume of customers. Additionally, the staff present do not seem well-trained or equipped to handle the tasks efficiently. 3. Wait Times: Due to the issues mentioned above, the wait times are exceedingly long, which is frustrating and discourages repeat visits. In summary, shopping at your store has not been a positive experience. I strongly believe that significant restructuring is needed to address these issues. Improvements in store layout, adequate staffing, and better training for employees would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Went to collect books for vouchers. They have arranged everything and are very convenient and fast. Highly recommended for parents to collect books from vouchers. Also got a lot's of items for schools and office.
