Dear Cactus Team, I received a bouquet of white roses from your company as a gift from my husband for March 8th. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived in terrible condition. As seen in the attached photos, the petals were already wilted, with yellow and brown spots, and the stems appeared weak. To make matters worse, the buds started falling apart on the second day. I expected to receive fresh and high-quality flowers that reflect the standards of your service, but unfortunately, the reality was disappointing.
