We went there to buy one TCL 40" inch android TV and water heater. The shopping experience is nice! We need to select the TV from the entrance area and the Filipino lady who was their explain and show the colour difference of other brands. Overall experience is good! It's good they keep Filipinos as their customer service is good.

I purchased four dining chairs and was informed that they would be assembled upon delivery. However, when the delivery team arrived, they told me that a separate team would come later to handle the assembly. After waiting, I contacted the store again, only to be told that they would not be sending anyone to assemble the chairs. This was very disappointing and not what was promised at the time of purchase.
